Su un pianeta lontano la razza dei Predator ha creato il suo Colosseo senza pubblico. Raccolgono e ammassano esemplari di altre razze (per quanto ne sappiamo più che altro umani), li gettano nella foresta senza spiegazioni e gli danno la caccia apprendendo da loro tecniche e strategie. Quando sul pianeta arriva un gruppo eterogeneo composto da guerriglieri, soldati e mercenari, tutti a modo loro dei predatori nella loro vita terrestre, la faccenda si complica perchè pur non conoscendosi collaboreranno al fine di evitare di cadere vittime e tornare sul pianeta d'origine.
